Nice decor. Good mosquito nets on windows. Comfy bed. Safe. Pool area has 2 free BBQs. WIFI policy changed during stay, unlimited devices and no quota. Good amenities in kitchen. Comfortable beds and pillows. Recommended with a car for easy access to mall and restaurants. No problems. Modern accommodation. Recommend place to others. Upgraded room with sitting area and kitchen. Exceptional experience. Delighted with our stay.

The apartments were a home away from home where our privacy was respected and our safety was ensured. We were able to relax in comfort and re-group after a week of camping/roughing it.

We had a very good stay when on a road trip.

The location was quiet, within a close distance from an Australian museum. The area was very nice close enough to informal eatery called, and city center.

Convenient location, just a short stroll into town. Modern and comfortable rooms with everything we needed.- Free laundry facilities were a bonus

Limited guest parking, had to rely on overflow parking at a neighboring property. Staff had to leave the desk multiple times to unlock the overflow parking, inconvenience for guests

The service was great! I ate at an excellent restaurant for breakfast. - the super friendly staff was much appreciated. - the location in a very relaxing area was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect. - There were the main shopping center and shopping centers nearby.

great way to end our christmas. fairly clean hotel with particularly good location in alice springs right by a quiet area of town and alice springs for business. airy room, exceptionally comfortable beds and good size bathroom. early check-in and easy check-out, parking off site. the pool area was great too.

Nothing everything was great.

The apartment was great for 2 people. We had to time to catch up with laundry, check e-mails, watch the news in a relaxed environment. The pool and barbeque area looked good, but the weather was too cool to try it out.

The apartment had a good amibance. We only stayed for one night and had all the facilities that we needed during our short stay (ie laundry). Rooms were spacious and bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Paying for the internet. Should be free for amount of money paid for the room/apartment. Also, the walls were thin. We had an ajoining room and could hear the T.V. At night we could hear doors slamming from the hallway from other rooms.

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Quest. The staff was friendly and helpful, holding our luggage for us during our camping tour and ensuring it was in our room upon our return. The studio room was clean with a well-equipped kitchenette. The location was convenient, just a short walk into town for supplies and restaurants. we would definitely recommend Quest to our friends and family.

The room had very good facilities.

The room was right on the road and the traffic noises were loud. If booking, I would request an inside room in the future.

The pool was too cold to swim in, sadly. All you would need is a solar heater and pump.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of accommodation and amenities provided. The staff were also attentive and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms with a balcony were a great feature, allowing us to enjoy the nice area close to town and even catch a glimpse of the river. The hotel also offered adequate kitchen facilities, making it convenient for those who prefer to cook their own meals. Additionally, the breakfast options were a nice touch, allowing us to start our day off right.

There were delays in getting room ready for check in...Although we arrived early, we understand it takes time toc lean and prepare a room, but 5 hours is excessive, I'm sure a room could have been cleaned and ready within max 3hrs.
